Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. What you pay for

Talent membership is free. Producers can upgrade to Whiskrs Pro for CA$19.99 per month or CA$199 per year, plus applicable sales taxes. The price, billing period and renewal date are shown before you pay.

2. Automatic renewal

Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. For yearly plans we email you a reminder at least 30 days before renewal. We give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

3. How to cancel

• In the app: go to You → Plan → Cancel Pro and confirm. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals; no further charges will be made.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the email on your account and we will cancel it for you within 2 business days.
• Through the payment processor: you can also cancel through the payment processor’s customer support site, which is linked in your purchase confirmation email.

After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan. Cancelling Pro does not delete your account.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal, we refund the yearly charge in full. After 14 days we do not refund the unused part of the year, except where the law requires it.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges: refunded in full.
• Accounts closed by us: if we close your account for a breach of our Terms or policies, no refund is due for the remaining period, except where the law requires it. If we close the Service or your account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your paid period.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer-protection law in your province.

5. How charges appear on your statement

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Charges appear on your card statement under a descriptor that includes WHISKRS (the exact text is set by the payment processor and is shown on your checkout page and in your receipt email). If you see a charge you don’t recognise, contact [email protected] before contacting your bank, and we will help.
